English speakers speak quickly. They use linking, reductions, and expressions that you didn’t learn in the classroom.
But imagine talking with a group of English speakers and understanding every word they are saying.
To become a fluent English speaker, it’s important to understand native English speakers.
When you can understand native speakers, you can start to speak fluently like them.
How will the challenge help me understand native English speakers easily?
In the 30 Day Listening Challenge, I will send you a short audio clip from a real conversation every day for 30 days. You can listen, analyze, write what you hear, and help your ears listen accurately. Take 5 to 10 minutes and understand native English speakers.
STEP 1: Real Conversation
Every day for 30 days I will send you a short audio clip from a real English conversation featuring natural expressions, verbs, and sentence structures.

STEP 2: Slow Conversation
After you listen to the real conversation clip, listen to the slow version and catch every expression.
Then listen to the slow version of the conversation
STEP 3: Worksheet
Listen to the fast and slow versions of the conversation and write exactly what you hear. Can you understand each word?
STEP 4: Transcript
Compare your writing with the conversation transcript. Which words were difficult for you? Could you hear everything?
These real conversation clips will train your ears with one, two, and sometimes three speakers.
Some speakers will be easier to understand, and some will be harder. This is exactly like real life!
When you listen to native English speakers, you’ll recognize their pronunciation and vocabulary.
Soon you will be able to imitate how they speak, too!
At the end of the month, you’ll be amazed how English TV shows and movies are clearer and easier to understand.
