The Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons (MAOPS) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. If the participant does not receive a satisfactory response, then they can then submit a complaint in writing to the Council on Continuing Medical Education of the AOA at 142 East Ontario Street, Chicago, IL 60611.

Dr. Dustin Higgins was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. He is the seventh of nine children. He went to college at Brigham Young University, and then to medical school at Midwestern University in Illinois. He was trained in Internal Medicine at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis and then completed a fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Washington University in St. Louis. He currently practices in Quincy, Illinois as the only Endocrinologist in his group. He enjoys fishing and pond swimming with his wife and six boys.
Dr. Higgins discloses that he was paid by Novo Nordisk as a speaker within the past twelve months. He no longer has a relationship with Novo Nordisk.
