Leigh "Jack" Forbush, DO owns and operates the Osteopathic Center for Family Medicine, one of Maine's first direct primary care practices. In addition, he is a founding member of both the New England Direct Primary Care Alliance and the Direct Primary Care Alliance, organizations devoted to the advocacy of direct primary care and supporting physicians either operating a direct care practice or transitioning to this model. He is the current President of the Maine Chapter of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He enjoys obstacle course racing and classic rock-n-roll.

Laura Blaisdell, MD/MPH, is a board-certified pediatrician and researcher who works in the Greater Portland Area of Maine. Dr. Blaisdell graduated magna cum laude from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota in 1997, earned her medical doctorate and public health degree (MD/MPH) at the University of Minnesota in 2005, and completed a residency in pediatrics at Maine Medical Center in 2008. Dr. Blaisdell currently practices general pediatrics with Intermed in Yarmouth, Maine, and is a newborn hospitalist at Maine Medical Center. She conducts research and frequently lectures on parental vaccine hesitancy and infectious epidemics in the camp setting. During the summer months, Dr. Blaisdell is the Camp Health Director for Camp Winnebago in Fayette, Maine, where she lives with her two sons and husband, Andy, the camp’s owner and director. She has served as doctor-in-residence at Africamps in Johannesburg, South Africa, as well as at the Hôpital Albert Schweitzer, in Deschapelles, Haiti. Dr. Blaisdell has served on several local and national boards and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Mercy Hospital. Dr. Blaisdell is also known as a Vaccine Hesitancy Expert, writing Op-Eds and volunteering in the effort to pass LD798, Maine’s law to remove philosophical and religious exemptions to vaccine requirements for school entry. She is actively involved in Maine Families for Vaccines.

Dr. Mock s a self-employed Family Physician consultant living in Holden, Maine. She is board certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. She attended Vanderbilt Medical School and more notably these days, obtained a Master’s in Public Health at UNC-Chapel Hill. She is a clinical educator and instructor for the Maine state Academic Detailing program (MICIS) and Alosa Health in Boston. She is Board Certified in both Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. Her part-time clinical work includes evening shifts as a hospitalist and prescribing at a high-risk, low-barrier buprenorphine clinic. She is passionate about women’s and girls’ basketball, travel, learning chess and singing.
