Niche Site Metrics is a database of 63,604 websites monetized by Mediavine, AdThrive, Ezoic, AdSense, Amazon Associates, Monumetric, Newor Media, Freestar, Media.net, and Shareasale.

Uncover profitable niches to create new websites in, and discover low-competition keywords that you can create content for to drive more traffic to new or existing sites.

Using the Airtable view, you can easily filter each website by:

• Organic traffic
• US traffic
• US traffic cost
• Domain Rating
• Domain Authority
• Niche category
• Ad network
• Domain Age
• Site Language
• Number of indexed pages
• Monthly earnings (based on $10 RPM)
• Estimated value (based on 36x multiple)

To comply with third-party data suppliers, we do not share the Domain Rating of the websites. The Domain Rating is segmented as follows:

• 0-10 is DR less than 10
• 10-20 is DR 10 to 20
• 20-40 is DR 20 to 40
• 40-60 is DR 40 to 60
• 60+ is DR 60+

The websites have been categorised using IAB industry categories. Here are a few examples:

• Travel: 3,853 sites
• Food and Drink: 3,937 sites
• Home & Garden: 2,028 sites
• Technology: 3,063 sites
• Business and Finance: 4,431 sites

The list includes the following number of sites from each ad network:

• AdSense: 23,568 sites
• Mediavine: 9,007 sites
• Ezoic: 5,446 sites
• AdThrive: 3,699 sites
• Media.net: 5,104 sites
• Monumetric: 745 sites
• Freestar: 557 sites
• Newor Media: 276 sites

The list below includes the number of sites we have running affiliate products (this list is still being refined to remove e-commerce sites):

• Amazon Associates: 12,988 sites
• Shareasale: 2,168

There are over 200 categories that can be used to filter the list and find only those niches that interest you.

We have also created an Opportunity Score to help determine the ratio between the domain rating and the US organic traffic. The lower the DR and the higher the US traffic, the better the score.

This is pretty rudimentary but it is another way you can sort and filter the list to try and find hidden gems.
