Strength & Conditioning Expert Reveals How To Train Every Client To Be More Athletic And Get Better Results

Get Your “Virtual Black Belt” in Power Training for Every Population.
Break the Typical Rules So You Can Get Your Client’s UNTYPICAL RESULTS.

From: Ryan Ketchum & Nick Tumminello

Dear Fellow Fitness Professional,

If you’re only using power training with athletes you’re keeping all of your other clients from getting optimal results. Power training is more than just Olympic Lifting or doing some jumping in your programs. It’s an expansive topic that can (and should) be incorporated into every single client’s program.

If you’ve tried to put power training in your client’s programs but they’ve gotten hurt, or maybe your clients weren’t quite skilled enough to perform the activities that you prescribed in their workouts.

Have you struggled to find the right blend of power training and strength training to use with different types of clients? Or have you not been able to convince your clients that these types of exercises would benefit them and help them get results?

You may be nodding your head yes to all of those statements or maybe you want to take a deep dive into power training to enhance your skills as a coach and increase your knowledge.

If that’s you then keep on reading. If not, that’s okay. You might as well click off this page now because the tips shared on this page aren’t going to help you.

Why Power Training Isn’t Just For Athletes

The research is clear. Power training is shown to increase performance in daily activities, not just athletic performance. Not to mention, power training helps improve rehabilitation rates from injuries.

This brings up a really important question …

Do your clients need better performance in their daily activities and quicker recovery from any injuries they suffer?

Of course they do!

Your clients are looking to improve their fitness levels, look better, feel better and increase their confidence.

How much of an ego boost do you think it provides one of your clients to be able to move more explosively and feel like they literally turned back the clock 10 or even 20 years when they perform power training exercises?

Stack that confidence boost on top of how they will look and feel when they master power training in your programs, and you’ve got a really attractive program.

They Keep Clients Interested Longer

As a great trainer you know the value of progressions. They allow you to continue to deliver great results to your clients. But, have you ever looked at them from the client’s perspective?

Progressions provide your clients with goals. They give them a clear path to continue chasing their fitness goals and mastering fitness (including power training) in their routines.

This constant progression and achievement-focused attitude towards training will keep them excited about training with you for much longer than if you continue doing the same ol’ boring exercises.

While adding variety to a training program may not be required in all programs to see results, it’s easy to see how variety makes training more exciting and fun. Having fun with your fitness and enjoying your programs ensures consistency. Variety and progressions will keep clients engaged longer.

That’s good for them and you!

You’ll be the rock star trainer that gets amazing results with fun programs. Those are the trainers that people talk about constantly and refer their friends to on a regular basis. You want to be that trainer!

Avoid Common Power Training Mistakes

You’ve watched the horrible videos of fitness enthusiasts butchering Olympic Lifts, compilations of box jump fails and all the terrible stuff that comes when a trainer makes mistakes with power training.

It doesn’t have to be that way though! With the Pillars of Power Training course in your continued education library you’ll get a framework for programming power training the right way. You’ll get the perfect blend of science and practical application to add to your arsenal of training tools.

Here’s what you’ll get inside:

  • A complete understanding of why you must include all three pillars of power training if you want your clients to perform their best
  • Teaching progressions that allow you to add power training to every client’s program
  • Tips and tricks to coach power training exercises safely and effectively for optimal results
  • Our complete power training exercise library so you can get started implementing right away

You’ll level up your personal training game with the Pillars of Power Training course. Instead of worrying that you or your clients will show up in one of those horrible #fail videos on YouTube your clients will be showing off their results. It’ll leave other trainers wondering how you get your “regular” clients to perform so well and look so good.

“Do I Really Need To Do Power Exercises With My Clients?”

The short answer is yes, absolutely.

However, if you’re asking that question at this point a quick answer probably won’t suffice.

Power training is effective for:

You don’t exclude strength training from your client’s programs because of their various goals so why would you exclude power training? There’s a catch though …

Power training must be implemented correctly in each of these various client’s programs to get the best results. It can’t be randomly put in a workout. That’s why you need the Pillars of Power Training. It’s like getting your “virtual black belt” in power training for your clients.

“What Do I Get In The Pillars of Power Training?”

Pillars of Power Training is broken up into two sections. In the first section Nick Tumminello will take you through a comprehensive training covering the ins and outs of power training. Once you’ve got that covered it’s time to dive into exercise progressions that you’re able to use to get the results you want from your clients.

Each of the exercise videos comes with a complete breakdown and demonstration of the teaching progressions. That gives you up to 66 different exercises and progressions to use with your clients.

Bonus #1: Top Dynamic Effort Exercises for Non-Powerlifters

These are for the trainer who is limited by space or the facility they train at doesn’t allow for medicine ball throws. Or they can be added to a training program to add for more explosive work that’s easier on the joints.

You’ll discover how to add variety to your client’s training programs while still giving them benefits that power training provides.

These are easy to learn and allow you to implement quickly for fast results. This 4 video series will give you everything you need to know about using this type of training in your programs.

Bonus #2: Contrast Training

If you’re tight on time in your training sessions or want to add more variety to your programs this is a great addition. Contrast training involves using a standard strength lift and adding an unloaded explosive movement after you complete it.

This is perfect for the fitness or weight loss client. You can increase work capacity during a session with this method.

Get access to Nick’s favorite contrast training combinations and understand when and how to use them in this 6 part video series.

Bonus #3: When To Use Power Training In Your Workouts

It’s been mentioned before, but you can’t randomly put power exercises in your client’s programs and expect to get the specific results they (and you) want.

It’s critical that you understand how to apply your new knowledge in your client’s programs so that you quickly become their favorite trainer.

Nick shows you how to apply power training based on your client’s specific goals. This allows for an endless variety of program options to keep your clients motivated and excited about training.
