We often learn the most about ourselves, by looking through the window of story. Stories, parable, fable and metaphor can have a profound impact on client response and this workshop will teach you how to use storytelling effectively for therapeutic purposes.

Evidenced based protocols, like ACT Therapy, depend on metaphor for success. The ideas of Milton Erickson and his approach to metaphor have had enduring response. In this workshop you will learn the keys to using some of the most effective approaches to therapy by mastering the art of storytelling in therapy.

Richard Nongard, LMFT and James Hazlerig, MA will facilitate this workshop. Both are master storytellers and experts in using motivational storytelling to facilitate change.
