What is Choosing Happiness?

Rüdrani Devi explores the many reasons why we might not choose happiness and offers ten key tools, along with many others from the Access Consciousness® movement, that helped her navigate choosing a journey to happiness, sometimes against all odds.

She shares how her entire life had been about being positive, choosing joy over sadness, and being the proverbial half glass full gal; although deep down she knew somehow, it wasn’t authentic happiness. Using examples from her own life’s journey, Devi illustrates how these tools changed her awareness to what else was possible to create the authentic joy she truly desired in her life.

Although admittedly not always easy at first, Devi devises that these tool are so incredibly simple, that anyone using them can choose to create their life as the exuberant, joyful being they truly be.

You just have to be willing to choose it.

Of all the people on this planet, why should I speak on the topic of happiness? Well, maybe because when people learn about my story, most responses I get are that I should probably be one of the least happy people, considering all that has transpired in my life. And yet, I consider myself to be one of the luckiest people I know. So, what’s my secret? Hold tight and I’ll get to that.

After a fulfilling career in film production Rüdrani segued into her other love, holistic energy therapies in 2003, becoming a certified Meditation and Conscious Living teacher opening the Devi Clinic, Inc. in Nashville, TN.

Embarking on a Mumbai, India meditation retreat in 2008, would lead her to the most horrifying and life-changing event she’d ever known–being shot point-blank range by terrorists, nearly bleeding out. After over two years of operations and physical therapy to repair a shattered femur and rebuild her triceps, Rüdrani managed to rehabilitate out of her wheelchair. Her biggest motivation was to begin training for her bucket-list dream of running the Boston Marathon. With the help of her trainer, Joe, and a sponsorship from Adidas, she was able to complete that dream, but still felt like there was something missing.

In her renewed journey to seek wholeness and fulfillment of who she is authentically, Rüdrani learned that our true gifts and talents are a choice for each of us to accept and to bring into this world. ”Many are asked, few choose.” The choice has not been easy, however, the blessings have been profound.

Rüdrani Devi is also an authentic Shaman, descending from generations of gifted women within her family lineage. Considered a medical intuitive in the healing community, she studied and became a certified vibrational healer in Life Alignment Technique® through the National Institute of Health in Boulder Colorado in 2004. She also became a certified Access Consciousness BARS facilitator in 2012.

Rüdrani offers ‘intuitive readings’ accessing deeper insight about life and situations by tapping into the innate wisdom carried within each soul she is reading for. In this state she is like a radio through which higher energy frequencies can transmit the information.

Rüdrani conducts remote and in-person sessions for intuitive consultations and vibrational healing. She is also available for speaking engagements.
