Dave Nash is a Senior Director in Merkle’s Customer Strategy Group (formerly Management Consulting Group), based in Chicago, where he helps lead the Customer Strategy offering and thought leadership as well as consulting presence in Chicago. He has 20 years of experience in both management and technology consulting and executive positions across multiple industries.
Just prior to Merkle, Dave was a Director in West Monroe Partners’ Customer Experience practice where he led the Customer Strategy & Insights offering. He joined West Monroe from CSC Global Business Services-Americas where he was Practice Lead / Principal for Customer Analytics in the Strategic Services Group. Previously, Dave was Director-Strategic Marketing with CIGNA, where he led the customer value management initiative. Earlier in his career he was also a Consultant with Peppers & Rogers Group, a 1-to-1 marketing strategy firm; a Manager with Ernst & Young’s Customer Connections practice; and an internal marketing consultant for Citibank.
Dave has been a speaker on customer strategy, customer experience, and customer and marketing analytics at numerous industry events and has authored many whitepapers and been published in several industry publications.
Dave has a MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a M.S. in integrated marketing from Northwestern University, and a B.S. in finance, summa cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University.
