Gretta van Riel, 28, started her first globally successful startup SkinnyMe Tea (SMT) at the age of 22 with only $24 in the bank. This entrepreneurial bravery paid off, with SMT exploding to sell over 11 million cups of tea worldwide in 5 years and winning the Shopify Build-A-Business competition in 2013, and hundreds of thousands of happy customers in the process. Gretta went on to co-create The 5th Watches, which achieved one million dollars in a single day of sales and $100,000 in revenue on its first day of sales. Her most recent venture is an Influencer Marketing platform called Hey Influencers which helps to link and grow relationships between brands and social media influencers.
