I am a co-founder of the Equity Trust Company.
We allow Americans to achieve financial goals and dreams by using their retirement funds (all types including IRAs and 401ks) to make investments in areas where they have knowledge and expertise.

I am past President of the Retirement Industry Trust Association (RITA) a trade group representing the self directed retirement industry which represents close to 200 billion in assets under custody.
On behalf of RITA and the self directed industry I have worked with the Treasury Department, Department of Labor, Internal Revenue Service, the House Ways and Means Committee and the Senate Finance Committee.
I serve on the board of several private corporations in the finance and technology fields.
From a philanthropic perspective I am passionate about bettering the lives of children in need.
I currently serve as Board Chair for Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio. We are one of the largest Boys and Girls Club organizations in the United States.
I am also passionate about education bettering our country and providing economic opportunity to all Americans. Currently I serve on the Board of Trustees for Baldwin Wallace University.
