The integrated sequencing in each of the five classes will guide you through a variety of themes meant to ground you, invigorate you, and release your inner sweetness. Each flow cultivates its own powerful energy, allowing you to step away from your mat feeling good and re-centered. They are less about achieving postures; rather you’ll focus on feeling rooted, strengthened and cleansed in both body and mind.

I created this series so you can develop a deeper appreciation for each moment and feel for yourself the richness of this human experience.
