How Do You Access The Program Content?
All our programs are available online. You can access your program anytime from anywhere with an internet connection, using your computer, smartphone, or tablet.
How Do You Stay Accountable?
On completing each day’s task, you ‘check in’ and leave a comment to say you’ve completed the task. This keeps you accountable and gives you a sense of closure each day, which is very motivating. You can also exchange tips, ask questions, and enjoy the fun of doing the program with like-minded people.
We also encourage you to celebrate your journey and lock in your positive changes – we suggest you take a daily photo of a physical task you’ve completed or a symbol of a decision you’ve made, and post it to Instagram, Facebook, and/or Twitter using the hashtag #21DaySimplify.
Sharing the experience with a community of friends is one of the most encouraging and enjoyable aspects of the program.
When Does It Start?
You can log in and complete a task at any time you like.
Read the day’s content, complete the task, and leave your comment. We read the comments and are there to provide encouragement and support and answer questions.
