How Did I Start Practicing Yoga?
I started practicing a few years ago, and I learned the hard way! I taught myself initially, which resulted in countless hours of repeatedly trying the movements over and over until I was frustrated. Luckily, I LOVE a challenge, so I kept going! I eventually studied hard, got certified, and kept self-learning so now I know ALL the tips and tricks to help YOU on your journey! I am confident that with this course, you will have a strong foundation, get addicted to yoga (thank me later), and you will see immense benefits in your body, and LIFE!
